Charles F. Frank Masonic Lodge #760 harvested 2,400 pounds of black walnuts, earning $400.00, which was donated to Operation Freedom Cares.

Operation Freedom Cares will send personal items to US troops, who are currently stationed in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

This is the fourth year that the Lodge has helped local citizens to harvest walnuts, and contributed the annual profits to regional charities.

The harvest was smaller this year as the majority of trees were resting. Black Walnut Trees only produce nuts every other year. We thank everyone who donated Black Walnuts this year.
